Early Bird Registration: $30 per person

Registration after July 9, 2017: $50 per person  

Fill out the registration form (found below) and mail it/bring it along with the fee to Westminster Bible Chapel at 7540 Sixth Street, Burnaby, V3N 3M1 to complete registration.
