What is is F.O.C.U.S. Club? Friends of Overseas College and University Students whose aim is to love unconditionally and build community with them. This is a ministry of International Student Ministries Canada that takes place in several colleges, universities, and cities across Canada. WBC has been supporting ISMC by providing and serving a cooked meal for their F.O.C.U.S. Club at SFU a few times each year. In our current COVID-19 world, physical group meetings are not so easy but there is still a need for friendship and support.

To start the Fall Term, WBC volunteers will be preparing 20 individual frozen meals to be distributed to international students by an ISM representative. Requirements:

  • include an ingredients list
  • reheating instructions
  • note of encouragement (optional)
  • must be ready for delivery by Sunday, September 6th
